  The purpose of the BGSG is to bring together individuals who have mutual professional interests in business geography. Business geography is the application of geographic knowledge and information and geospatial techniques that assists businesses in making specific real-time decisions. Dues $5.00 (Students $1.00)

The Association of American Geographers (AAG) is a scientific, educational and professional society founded in 1904. Its 10,000 members share interests in the theory, methods, and practice of geography, which they cultivate through the AAG's Annual Meeting, two scholarly journals (the Annals of the Association of American Geographers and The Professional Geographer), the monthly AAG Newsletter, and the activities of its nine Regional Divisions and more than 50 Specialty Groups. The AAG conducts educational and research projects that further its interests and programs.
