About Me

Everything There is to Know About Me

I am a graduate teaching assistant specializing in political theory, and, to a lesser degree, international relations. I am interested primarily in Ancient political thought, and what might best be described as contemporary continental thought, but, for the most part, I'm interested in all political philosophy.

My dissertation, in progress, entitled The Ghetto of Writing, is a Lacanian approach to the political philosophy of Leo Strauss and Plato.

I studied philosophy and political science as an undergraduate at the University of Central Florida, received a master's degree in political science from the University of Central Florida, and another one from the University of Florida.

I have two cats: a girl named Bob and a boy named Heston. Put simply, they are much  better than your cats.
