The English Essays of Edward Gibbon,ed. Patricia B. Craddock.  Oxford: The Clarendon Press, 1972.  Includes all of Gibbon's miscellaneous writings in English, including the Vindication and the anonymously-published Critical Observations on the Sixth Book of Vergil's Aeneid.  Does not include any of Gibbon's journals or letters, or his two major works in English, the Autobiography and the History.

The Miscellaneous Works of Edward Gibbon, ed. John Lord Sheffield. 2 vols.  London: Strahan, 1796. Includes works in English and French and a version of the memoirs, all heavily edited.  The expanded version, in 5 volumes, includes some works formerly published in the original French in English translation only. It was , along with a quarto volume containing most of the new material for the benefit of the owners of the 1796 Miscellaneous Works.
