WATER- There is no potable water
at Haile

Lunch and snacks
-
Be prepared for bad weather, bring
a raincoat and proper clothing.

Wear boots, Haile is muddy in many
areas.

Bring a backpack for carrying things
and storing your fossils.

Rock hammer or regular hammer
-
small picking tools (e.g. metal
nut pick)
-
an old paint brush
-
chisels
-
plastic bags
-
a permanent maker for labeling
-
sun screen
-
hat
-
notebook and pencils
HOG TOWN CREEK
-
we will be walking in water so wear
some old tennis shoes
-
bring something to dig with (spade,
etc.)

we will provide screens
-
bring the usual bags, etc.
TAMPA AREA FIELD TRIP

bring the usual equipment for sampling
and storage of samples
-
there is no shade so be prepared
with a hat and sunscreen
KENTUCKY TRIP.

I will do my best to minimize the
field trip expenses. Last year expenses per student for rooms was $36.00
for the entire field trip!

Be prepared for any kind of weather.
Temperatures could be in the 50's and 60's or in the upper 20's and lower
30's.
