This announcement came to me via Richard Hulbert: "The Florida Museum will hold a fossil dig at a new vertebrate site in the Haile limestone quarries this fall.  We will rely heavily on volunteer labor.  The web page describing the dig is http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/vertpaleo/2005_dig.htm .  If any of the students in your paleo classes wanted to participate, they would be welcome".
