Research Plans:

 

The goal of my research is to evaluate primate genetic diversity as it relates to phenotypic differences in cognition, behavior, and communication between humans and non-human primates.  This research will critically evaluate genetic regions associated with deficits or modifications to cognitive processes and analyze these regions in the context of primate evolution.
