September, 2009 - A Ph.D. student opportunity is listed on the projects for prospective graduate students page.
June, 2009 - Slowly getting the web page caught up. Publications are up-to-date, and I am in the process of adding a teaching section with both classes taught and projects for prospective graduate students.
August, 2008 - Moved whole website (not to mention everything else) to University of Florida. The girls will never need the winter clothes from the above picture again. Pages for potential student projects will be forthcoming.
December, 2007 - Added a discussion of some of the more theoretical studies that have been a recent focus of my research. For fun, check out the kernel movie, and see if you can understand why the early part of the movie is different than the later part.
August, 2007 - Added quite a bit of hopefully useful info to my OSX intel Mac page, perhaps including some tips useful for other platforms, such as problems with cross-platform binary files in gfortran, and fixing newline problems in text files using emacs.
January, 2007 - SAW642AN (global radially anisotropic S velocity model) distribution updated to include plotting tools.
