In the Labyrinth of the World we follow a pilgrim through the world of the early seventeenth century.  Though separated from us by nearly four hundred years, the story of the pilgrim and his "job search" still rings true today in many respects.  What aspects of the pilgrim's world do you think are most similar to out 21st century society in the US?  Pick two scenes from The Labyrinth that you believe are the most relevant to our world and its problems.  In your 1-2 page paper highlight the the parallels, and also consider why after all these years these problems still persist in our culture.
