Jaimy Mann is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of English at the University of Florida. Her research and teaching interests include Children's and Young Adult Literature and Culture, Gender and Sexuality Studies, U.S. Multi-Ethnic Literature (specifically Asian American and African American). Her dissertation in progress is tentatively titled "The Transnational Politics of Cute and Kawaii."
