Tentative meeting schedule

Venue: Omni Hotel, San Antonio, TX

Dates: May 3 – 5, 2007

Thursday, May 3, morning - plenary session.  During this plenary session, breakout leaders will present short (probably about 30 minute talks, including discussions) about the state of the art in their particular field.

Thursday, May 3, afternoon – breakout session.  Initial disciplinary discussions among participants in the workshop

Friday, May 4, morning – continued breakout sessions and disciplinary discussions

Friday, May 4, early afternoon – plenary session.  Presentation by breakout leaders to the workshop at large of each group’s preliminary results.  There will be time for discussion among all the groups.

Friday, May 4, late afternoon – breakout session.  Continued discussion of separate disciplinary topics in light of findings of the plenary session.

Saturday, May 5, morning – flexible.  This morning could include additional disciplinary discussions followed by a short plenary session or could be one plenary session to fill the entire morning.

The general workshop will end following lunch on Saturday.  Meeting conveners and breakout leaders will remain to write a rough draft of workshop report.
