Bonjour! Comment allez-vous? Quel jour sommes-nous? Je m'appelle Jacques -- Comment? Pardon, Je ne comprends pas...Rather than continually running into obstacles, repeating paths that lead to frustration, I look for (and find) alternate routes -- keep this in mind as you navigate, and seek unconventional paths that might involve shifting perspective. Remember, the movement toward Becoming-Jacques involves only enjoyable experience, (like unpredictably running or napping whenever the mood strikes)! Indeed, I have a lot of autonomy.
