Principles of Sociology
The primary goal
of this course is to provide and introductory overview
of sociology. Students will critically examine issues from
historical, political, cultural and global perspectives to investigate
the ways gender, race, class, sexuality, and social institutions impact
human behavior. Exploration will take place through readings,
discussions, activities, and written assignments.
