AMH 3357
Assignments & Examinations

You will be required to write a research paper for the course. The topic for this fall is "Campaigning for the Presidency." Each of you will be expected to select a presidential campaign in the twentieth century and research it through The New York Times and/or other national and regional newspapers. A guide for writing the paper follows the calendar for the semester.

There will also be two essay examinations in the course. Both examinations are noted on the calendar. The two essay examinations and the research paper will comprise 95 percent of your grade – the examinations will count 30 percent each and the research paper will count 35 percent. The remaining 5 percent will be based on your in-class contributions.
