GeoGators
program organizes undergraduate geology majors and graduate students to
deliver
earth-science lessons and demonstrations to K-12 school science classes
and
other youth organizations around Gainesville.
Since
January 2005, GeoGators has made more than 50 public
school classroom visits,
reaching over 1000 students.
