Note:  As of Saturday 1-21-06, a past edition (5th) of the course text has been placed on two-hour reserve in the library.  The cover is different from the 6th edition, but the content is nearly identical.  Though past course instructors and students have made notes on the pages, I hope this text will be helpful to you.
