Amy E. Daniels Geographical Region of Study: Central America (I've worked in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica) and Florida. My dissertation research will either be in Florida or somewhere in Latin America (including the Caribbean). Affilliation to LUECI: I am a PhD student in SNRE (Interdisciplinary Ecology) whose research falls under the broad umbrella of LUECI interests. I have used both remote sensing and ethnographic field methods to examine environmental change. I am involved with other organizations on campus that are interested in environmental change, including the Ethnoecology Society and the Roadies Research Group.
