University Scholars Program Calls for Entries for 2005-2006 Best Paper Competition
The University Scholars Program, in conjunction with the Office of the Provost and the Journal of Undergraduate Research, is holding its annual Best Paper Competition recognizing the best research articles in the University Scholars Program in 2005-2006. Four $250 awards will honor the two best qualitative and two best quantitative research articles. Awards will be announced at the University Scholars Banquet on April 7. Papers should follow the same guidelines as the JUR and must be submitted electronically to editor Creed Greer at cgreer@ufl.edu by February 1, 2006. All articles submitted to the Journal of Undergraduate Research by February 1—including both published articles and articles under review—will also be eligible for the awards. If you wish to have your article considered for the contest but not published, please indicate so when submitting your paper.
