Vasana Maneeratana is a senior materials science and engineering major with a specialization in polymers. She graduated from Eastside High School in Gainesville, Florida, and she says he primary interest is to be productive because research allows her to create thing that will be useful to other people. Vasana received the Florida Bright Futures Scholarships, and she enjoys mountain biking, arts, and volunteer activities.
