Since all of PSYART's abstracts and articles are online, there is no need to subscribe. PSYART is as free as the Internet should be.

We do notify members of the PSYART online discussion group each time a new paper is published in the journal. If you would like to join the PSYART list, and be so notified, you can join on our registration screen. You then can comment on submitted or published articles, as you wish.
