Graduating Checklist
- Get grad check list from Academic Advising in the new Academic Advising Center, if you have not already done so. Note that information regarding MAJOR is probably not accurate.
- If you have made changes in the CORE of your major (section 10 on the application) please file the appropriate form in 2014 Turlington as soon as possible. This office will not be able to certify your major as completed without this form.
- Use the attached Theisis Abstract Guidelines and Abstract Form for your thesis. This form MUST be typed and signed by your advisor. Attach to the copy that you turn into the IDS office. This copy of your thesis needs to be bound in some manner. Most copy shops are able to do this.
- Turn in one copy of your thesis to 2014 Turlington, this is due at least one week prior to graduation.
- If you are graduating with honors (3.5 or higher grade point average) you must turn in an unbound copy of your thesis to Linda O'Donnell in the Academic Advising Center, office #105 the same day. Also, have your major advisor contact the IDS office (392-2264) to designate your honors status (high or highest honors).
