IDS 4940 Requirements:

Upon completion of your internship, a journal and 5-7 page report are to be turned into 2014 Turlington Hall in order to receive credit for the course. Please review guidelines below:

Journal: The purpose of the journal is to keep a daily account of your internship experience, and to reflect on your goals, responsibilities, tasks, and outcomes. At least three of your entries must reflect the following topics:

Each journal entry must be at least one paragraph long (4-5 sentences). Entries can be typed or hand-written as long as writing is legible.

Final Report: The final report is an in-depth summary of your internship experience. Here are some questions to think about when constructing your report:

This report must be 5-7 pages, double-spaced, 1" margins, 12pt Times New Roman font.

Letter from Supervisor: In addition to your journal and final report, a letter must be sent or emailed to Jorge Quintana by your primary supervisor that details your job performance and whether or not you have fulfilled all duties and responsibilities to satisfaction. Letters sent in the mail can be addressed to:
