Minutes

Present: Ron Randles, Barbara Zsembik, Jed Keesling, Carol Murphy, John Moore, John Leavey.

Absent: Jane Brockmann, Jodi Lane, David Hackett, Bret Seferian, Rick Yost, Steve Perz.

Also Present: Allan Burns, representative of the Dean's Office.

The meeting was called to order at 1:05 pm by Jed Keesling.
The minutes of the April 5, 2007, were approved by unanimous consent.
Some additional wording of the CLAS Constitution was discussed and revisions made. The revisions will be reviewed by Barbara Wingo, for the University Counsel, and by Joe Glover, Interim Dean.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm.
