Minutes

Present: Ron Randles, Jed Keesling, Steve Perz, David Hackett, Bret Seferian, Rick Yost, Carol Murphy.

Absent: Jane Brockmann, John Moore, Jodi Lane, Barbara Zsembik.

The meeting was called to order at 1:05 pm by Jed Keesling.
The minutes of the March 22, 2007, were approved by unanimous consent.
Jed Keesling had met with Barbara Wingo on April 2 to review her recommendations for the CLAS Constitution. He reported on her recommendations.
The Committee reviewed the recommendations and made appropriate changes in the Constitution. John Leavey will send Jed the revised document this evening. It will then be available for review at tomorrow's meeting of Jed Keesling, Joe Glover, and Barbara Wingo. Rick Yost agreed to accompany Jed to that meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:15 pm.
