Minutes

Present: Ron Randles, Jed Keesling, Jodi Lane, David Hackett, Barbara Zsembik, Bret Seferian.

Absent: Jane Brockmann, John Moore, Carol Murphy, Rick Yost, Steve Perz.

Also Present: Allan Burns.

The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by Jed Keesling.
Jed reported on the status of the review of the proposed constitution by Barbara Wingo. A meeting with Barbara Wingo and Joe Glover has been scheduled for April 6.
The revision of the CLAS Constitution was reviewed. The wording of several sections was changed based on recommendations from Interim Dean Joe Glover. The by-laws of the old constitution were incorporated into the language of the revision.
The committee agreed that it may be possible to complete the document before the end of the academic year. The effort should be made to do this if possible.
There were no additions or corrections to the minutes of March 1 and March 8. So, these minutes will be sent to Jeff Stevens for posting at the committee website.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:20 pm.
