Minutes

Present: Ron Randles, Jed Keesling, John Moore, Rick Yost, Carol Murphy, Steve Perz, Bret Sefarian

Absent: Jane Brockmann, Jodi Lane, Barbara Zsembik, David Hackett.

Also Present: Allan Burns

The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by Jed Keesling.
The revision of the CLAS Constitution was reviewed. The wording of several sections was changed. It was agreed that the revision is in a form to be presented to the CLAS Faculty for review before final editing and formal presentation for ratification.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm.
