- The meeting began at 11:37 am
- There was a short discussion of new information given by President Machen at the Faculty Senate meeting of Feb. 21. Members expressed confusion about the actual amounts of cuts being specified. It was agreed that Dean Glover should be asked to inform us when he had specific information about the amount of the cuts we were to anticipate. It was agreed that it would not be necessary to meet until we had that information.
- A general discussion ensued on the issue of further budget cuts and the purview and charge of the committee in relation to these cuts.
- The meeting adjourned at 12:31 pm.
