- Maintains calendars and provides secretarial support for Assist. Dean Margaret Fields and Assoc. Deans Debra Walker-King and Jim Mueller.
- Coordinates meetings and prepares agendas for College Curriculum Committee, IDS Committee and the Humanities Chairs and Directors, also coordinates revisions to the undergraduate catalog.
- Adviser for the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) major for students coming into the program and for those admitted; maintains all files from admission to graduation; maintains tracking for the IDS program, posts grades and certifies students for graduation.
- Maintains Conflict of Interest and Outside Activities Reports, as well as, SACS, Accreditation and Limited Access Reports required from Tigert.
- College coordinator for Asset Management.
- College coordinator for Space Inventory and Allocation certification.
