- Maintains calendars and provides secretarial support for Associate Deans Margaret Fields and David Pharies.
- Coordinates meetings and prepares agendas for College Curriculum Committee, IDS Committee and the Humanities Chairs and Directors.
- Adviser for the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) major for students coming into the program and for those admitted; maintains all files from admission to graduation; maintains tracking for the IDS program, posts grades and certifies students for graduation.

- Maintains calendar and provides general secretarial support for Associate Deans Milagros Peña and Ata Sarajedini.
- Coordinates graduate affairs for the college and maintains records of related matters.
- Organizes meetings for the college’s graduate coordinators, new faculty and chairs orientation, tenure and promotion workshop.
- Coordinates the following awards and fellowships: CLAS teaching/advising awards, Doctoral dissertation Advisor/Mentoring award, Humanities Scholarship Enhancement, Sabbaticals, CLAS Dissertation fellowships, Grinter Fellowships, and Graduate awards, University Scholars Program, Ruth McQuown Scholarships, and graduate and faculty travel awards. She is also College Grade Coordinator.
- Handles annual activity reports.

- Responsible for analysis and communication of financial and budgetary information to the Dean, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, Department Staff, University Budget Office, and Provost's Office.
- Preparation and management of the Operating Budget, All Funds Budget, Research and Private funds and other financial data.
- Assist in formulating and implementing of policy relating to budgetary and financial issues.
- Project fiscal impacts of proposed university policies, college policies, and strategic options.
- Assist in developing College's online and summer course development and on line budget.
- Management and control of College overhead account. Includes maintenance and oversight of College research commitments; preparation of various analytical reports as necessary.
- Acts as signatory for Dean on research proposals.
- Serves as CLAS liaison with the University Budget Office; Office of the Provost; Division of Sponsored Research; and Contracts and Grants office.

- Makes staff salary recommendations to Dean.
- Assists managers with staff disciplinary actions and investigates staff grievances and/or sexual harassment complaints.
