Douglas Band
The Honorable Douglas J. Band currently serves as the Counselor to President Clinton and began working in the White House in 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a major in English and a minor in Ethics, Georgetown graduate school with a Masters in Liberal Arts with a focus on English Literature and Ethics, and Georgetown Law School. After serving in the White House Counsel's office for four years, he later became a Special Assistant to the President in the Office of Advance, before becoming one of the youngest Deputy Assistants ever to serve a President. Doug concluded his last year in the White House in the Oval Office as the President's Aide. Doug has been with President Clinton for over thirteen years, most recently advising and counseling him, overseeing the operation of the Clinton Foundation and office, handling his business transactions, and accompanying him on his travels across America and around the world.
