This website is hosted by Duke University Libraries, and features
annotated guides to websites about China, Japan, and Korea. There

guide to East Asia more generally and audio/visual sources.

Gogh Museum (Amsterdam)
The museum is currently featuring the "Japanese Season," and
explores the influence of Asian art on Vincent Van Gogh. You
can purchase the exhibition catalogue online.
Center
for Global Partnership
This organization seeks to promote US-Japan relations. They have
grants available for K-12 education projects, and focus their
efforts on the American South.
Asian Film Foundation
"The Asian Film Foundation's primary purpose is to promote the cultures
of Asia through the presentation of the region's rich cinematic traditions.
AFF's secondary purpose is to foster an awareness for the importance of film
preservation for these films.

Promotes filmmaking in Asia and provides information on filmmaking

National Board

A Virtual Village
This site, created by Wesleyan University, allows you to take
a virtual tour of a North Indian village. Features many topics
about village life.

A non-profit cultural and educational foundation with programs
for students, educators, and the general public. Offers excellent
curriculum materials for download.
