Directions to the PRC

Location

The Paris Research Center is located in the 6th arrondissement, a quarter renowned for its rich cultural and academic history, and is just steps from the Quartier Latin, the Jardin de Luxembourg, and Montparnasse.

Around the corner from the Luxembourg Garden and the quartier Latin, the Paris Research Center is located in one of Paris' most dynamic quartiers , the quartier Montparnasse, a neighborhood renowned for its rich academic and cultural history. The Paris Research Center is located in Columbia University's Reid Hall building, an internationally recognized center of academic and intellectual exchange since the beginning of the 19 th century.

Directions

By metro:

  • Take line 4 to the metro stop ¿Vavinî
  • When leaving the metro take the exit marked ¿bld du Montparnasse/bld Raspailî
  • Walking on the boulevard du Montparnasse, cross the boulevard Raspail.
  • Make a left onto the rue de Chevreuse, the second street you reach after crossing the boulevard Raspail.
  • Reid Hall is at the end of the rue de Chevreuse on the left hand side of the street
  • Reid Hall is also easily accessible by the Metro stops Notre-Dame-des-Champs (line 12), Raspail (lines 6 & 4), and Montparnasse-Bienvenue (4, 6, 13, 12)
