Investigating the Role of A2A receptors in Stereotypies
A2A receptors and their role in increasing or decreasing stereotypies (repetitive or ritualistic movements with no apparent adaptive purpose or function) with the use of pharmacological interventions in deer mice. Stereotypies are found in a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders and mental retardation.
